Have you ever experience meeting crazy people in your life?
Yes I mean crazy as in screw loose in the head.
Some of you may encounter & some of you may not.
But as for me, I encounter t/h/r/e/e/ as in 3 such people in o/n/e = 1 day. Tell me, how unlucky can I be?
1st encounter - this man keeps on talking loudly to himself in 1 of the mrt cabins, where I was sitting listening to my walkman. I just can't be bothered to notice him as I was quite sleepy & prefered listening to the rhythm of the music in my ears. I guess, this old man can't take it anymore, he went to all the passengers in the cabin, ONE BY ONE, he shouted "I'm dying, you know!!!". I assumed he wants someone to acknowledge him & when he came up to me, I just nodded my head & that's it. He kept quiet, stop shouting to the next available passenger beside me & alighted at the next stop which was Aljunied. I was like... duhhh... ok nextt..
2nd encounter - I thought ok dat's it. But to my unluckiness, another screw head boarded the train at Bugis. Ok ok he looks normal but you will know later why I categorise him under the "screw loose". Likewise, he approached one by one inside the train begging for money. Almost everybody in the train rejected him. He looked clean for a beggar, holding 2 paperbags full of newspapers & books. I say to myself, 'No harm donationg 2 dollars to him rite?' So when he came up to me, I showed him the 2 dollars. He didn't want it instead asking me for a damn 50 bux!!! U tell me, how can I not describe him as crazy! So much for my kindness!!! What da fark!
This 2 screw encounters certainly wake me up through out my whole journey to Dhoby Ghaut. And this does not end here. Remember I told you I meet t/h/r/e/e screw heads.
3rd encounter - This happens when I was on my way to KK hospital, end of the day. Boarded bus no. 66 from Jurong East Interchange. There was this uncle which I noticed while waiting for the bus, he keeps on looking at people as in watching what they are doing. As usual, I thought nothing of it & boarded the bus. I sat again listening to my walkman. At first, this uncle was seated a few seats infront of me & I saw him stood up looking behind as if looking for somebody. I ignored him. Suddenlt, he went up to me & started to say something. Curiously, I plucked out my headphones & heard him saying this "No eating inside the bus haa.. Got sign board cannot eat in the bus!!!", as he pointing to the No Eating & Drinking signboard. I was stunned & chose to ignore him. You must be wondering why out of all the people in the bus he chose to pick on me. All because I was chewing my sweet gum. FARK!!!!
And I can't wait to alight at the KK bus stop!
And to sum up the whole story, I ended at the wrong hospital. My gf was warded at Raffles Hospital. Can u imagine that? After a hard time travelling, that has to happen to me. Blame it on my assumptions, usually people give birth they will usually warded at KK right but not for my gf! No worries gerl, I dun blame you. Hehe.. You are lucky to have a dumb fren as me! LOL.
It's worth the trip anywhere where I can see my cutie little pie, Little E!
