Gez wat? Today's my off but someone just had to spoil it. No, its not sumone close to me. It's just another customer whom I've served in my previous working days.
Tell me, can you remember every particular customer that you've served previously? Practically, you are serving lots of customers everyday with different attitudes rite? Pardon me, but I'm the type who is having the STM - Short Term Memory. And came this Mdm Neo (as if I can remember all my cust's name) walked in to the shop today like a mad dog barking insisting on to call me out to the counter. Too bad, Mdm Neo, I'm on OFF today.
Look, this cust claims that I was being served by her to do the phone backup service. And now claims that all her contacts are GONE! And so Mdm? It has become my problem huh??? Like wat the hell? My fren who serve her on my behalf even told me that she doesn't even know how to use GPRS & worse she doesn't even know what is GPRS!!! Tell me now, did she got the right person??? Argh!!! As long as I know, I would go through personally with my customers on how to go about for the phone back up service. I would educate them with so much endurance.
And now because of this Mdm Neo, I'm trying very hard to recall who this bloody woman is.
Worst still, she claims that I've served her on the 7th July.
